Hi, my name is James Delaney and I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 10 years of experience doing therapy and teaching/ training new therapists at local universities. More specifically I am someone with a passion for helping people make positive changes in their lives. I help individuals, families and couples that find themselves stuck at critical crossroads in their lives. This may mean you struggle with persistent feelings of anxiety, sadness, anger, low self-worth and relationship problems. I utilize a collaborative approach with my clients so that we can co-create and pursue goals that are meaningful to you and your family. I am trained in several evidenced based models of individual, couples and family therapy. This allows me to be flexible and adaptable in how we work together.
