My primary area of interest is in adults and children who experience stress, anxiety and depression in their daily lives. I believe there is a strong correlation between mental health and success in one's professional/academic and personal/social life. I have a strong background in athletics and I see athletics as a microcosm for struggles people experience.
When I'm not counseling, I'm spending time with my wife, two kids and two dogs. We love all sports and anything that gets us to be active and spending time together. I feel that you should live life to the fullest and when you come to a limitation, recognize it, address it and find a way to keep moving forward!
