Helping people reach their personal goals is one of the most rewarding parts of my work as a therapist. I believe that we carry the means of healing and growth within us. I have specialized training in Trauma Therapy, EMDR, Polyvagal Theory, Somatic Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Experiential Therapy, Mindfulness Therapy, and Group Therapy. I have 22 years of pastoral counseling experience and 8 years of experience treating trauma, addictions and mental health issues.
