Therapy can help lessen anxiety, stress, depression, and more. When a person allows themselves to understand how various aspects of their lives impact one another, then they can began working not only on themselves, but how various situations can impact them. During a journey of self-awareness, a person can begin to see the light at the end of the tunnel.
My goal in working with you is to establish a positive and healthy therapeutic rapport as well as offering a safe space during sessions. I understand that life can be hard and often throw curve balls, but together we can work on positive ways to address them.
