I work with adolescents, and adults with anxiety, depression, behavioral or emotional issues, suicidality, self-harm, grief and loss, and pornography. I am an LGBTQ-affirming therapist.

I am trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based orientations, and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT). I have 16 years of experience working with adolescents and young adults.
