I received my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Ball State University, as well as my undergraduate degree in Psychology from Indiana Wesleyan University. She has experience in the following clinical areas; eating disorders, grief and loss, trauma, anxiety and self-esteem work.
I have worked in adult inpatient and residential facilities for eating-disorder recovery, schools, and within community mental health and integrated care outpatient services. I enjoy working with teens and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, eating-disorders, women’s issues, as well as self-discovery work.
I provide individual counseling through an attachment lens. I incorporate elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and I'm currently being trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I am a person-centered therapist with a passion for assisting individuals in achieving their goals.
