I absolutely love what I do! My ideal client is someone who wants to work on themselves. I welcome challenges and don’t scare easily. I am well versed in trauma but am always willing to learn more. I want to help my client reach their goals of living better and being better for not only themselves but the people they love. This world is a world of uncertainty, the only thing that is constant is change. When someone wants to change or embrace the changes they are going through, I am here to help them tackle the changes head on.
I specialize in help. I am well versed in helping those who have been through and are currently going through trauma, but am also on the look out for learning more. I also love doing anger management. I help with self-esteem, depression, anxiety. I also help individuals, couples, and families.
