I have 8 years of experience, am EMDR trained, and have owned and ran my own private practice for over one year. My goals are to listen, understand, support, teach, and help equip skills that allow you to reach your goals. I'd love to join you on your journey, and offer support, insghts, and tools along the way. I help clients through trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD symptoms, low-self esteem, relationships, trust, grief, and more. Individual sessions are $65, Group $25, Couples $100.
I utilize evidence-based cognitive approaches alongside a person-centered, multicultural viewpoint. The types of therapy that I regularly utilize include cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR). My masters of science degree is from an accredited university.

Once symptoms are under control, I do like to move into working with you to establish long-term solutions. Most patients see gradual lifting of symptoms within a month and consistent improvement thereafter.
