As a client-centered, LGBTQ+ affirmative therapist, I take interest in a client’s sense of what is or is not working, so we can co-author solutions together that will be truly tailored and useful. I help clients draw on their existing strengths and begin to challenge the stories they tell themselves about how things "always go" or what is "possible."
Living as an LGBTQ+ individual often means creating your own blueprint for life outside of the heteronormative framework. While this can feel daunting, it also presents a unique opportunity to design a life that truly reflects who you are. My practice is dedicated to helping you embrace this opportunity.
