My unique professional background, which includes working in athletic and academic settings, has helped prepare me to work with a wide variety of clients.
I take a flexible approach that is client-focused, with an emphasis on supporting my clients to create the desired change in their lives. With a background in exercise science and nutrition, I believe in taking a holistic approach towards treatment. I utilize a variety of different methods to best support my clients.
