I specialize in encouraging and inspiring people to grow and live life to its fullest. My primary modalities are cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy. I have 16 years of experience in parenting and 17 years in marriage. I also hold a bachelor's degree in community psychology from the University of Washington.
As an intern studying clinical mental health counseling, my rates are $75 per session.
