From resolving depression or anxiety to healing past trauma, improving relationships to ending addiction; therapy with me is about no longer managing or coping, but instead getting to the source of your issues and discovering what helps you heal. Whether this is your first time considering therapy or you're feeling ready to return, I help people from all walks of life find solutions and feel better.

With over 15 years of experience, my training blends somatic (mind-body) therapies, attachment-informed therapies, and ego-state (parts) therapies, offering a grounded and holistic approach. Rather than one-size-fits-all, however, my approach is tailored to the individual values and life experiences of each person I see.

Intro to Mind-Body Healing

This class explores ideas, skills and practices that support working with our mind-body-energy connection to improve emotional regulation, self-acceptance, self-compassion, and an improved sense of groundedness.
