Sometimes we can feel as if on a mountaintop with a sense of clarity and other times in a valley unable to see the next step. My experience includes addiction counseling, grief work, mens issues, couples counseling, trauma counseling, veteran-specific counseling, and working with adolescents on behavioral issues in their family system. I can also provide music therapy as a board-certified music therapist.
Creating change is an active choice and one that is empowering and takes courage to implement. At times we all need help, especially when life gets complex and problems occur.
