I am so glad you are here! I am a licensed professional counselor, as well as a certified school counselor. I have a deep understanding of the needs of school age children. I also understand the issues that women and mothers face today. Searching for the right counselor can be an overwhelming task, but you have taken the first step. It takes courage and strength to reach out for help and I commend you for that. I offer a safe space, free of judgement, where self-exploration can lead to understanding, healing and growth.
I take a holistic person-centered approach, focusing on the whole person. This approach allows me to explore what might be impacting one's mental health. Counseling is not one-size fits all, therefore I draw from multiple theories/modalities to fit each unique client. I have found great success with mindfulness, as well as CBT and alternative approaches.
