My name is Jaimee Boman, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) based in Sacramento, CA, and working with clients throughout California via telehealth. I work primarily with adolescents and young adults, and specialize in anxiety, trauma, depression, and family conflict. Honesty is my number one value, both in and out of therapy- I will always strive to be honest with you and support you in starting to feel better and achieve your goals.
In the time I have spent working with many different populations in therapy, I have always found myself gravitating towards children, teens, and young adults. I believe that young people have the capacity within themselves, especially with the right support, to find healing, strength, and growth which can lead to a fulfilling life.
I also have great passion for working with parents to support their children. I work to help my clients navigate life stressors, adjustments, impacts of past traumas, current social pressures, and familial difficulties to assist them and their families in functioning in a healthy and fulfilling way.
