I have a passion for helping people grow to understand how their past impacts their present, as they work toward achieving their desired life goals.
With me you will find a gentle approach that makes talking about the difficult things a little easier. I am trained in Brainspotting Therapy, but collaborate to find the method that feels right for each individual. Those often include, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and I also enjoy blending elements from art therapy.
