I have been working in the human services field for over 24 years in various roles and capacities, and I have been working in the mental health field for over 13 years. I received my Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from Florida State University and my Master's Degree in Social Work from Salisbury University.
I utilize an integrative and holistic approach when providing therapy that incorporates mindfulness, humanistic psychology, and cognitive-behavioral therapy.
I honestly believe that the most important aspect to a successful therapeutic relationship is the connection between the client and the therapist. I am compassionate, empathetic, and genuine. I am truly passionate about the work that I do and I am motivated to help others learn about themselves and grow.
