I understand that transitions in life can be overwhelming. At times the changes to one’s relationships, social supports, world views and sense of purpose can be disorienting. I will work with you to navigate the grief surrounding loss and help you make sense of your journey. I use a person centered and mindfulness informed therapy to help clients deconstruct negative narratives, consider new perspectives and develop a renewed sense of self. I am passionate about supporting clients through life transitions as well as working with grief, anxiety, depression, and relationship struggles.
