My name is Jaime, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, recovering from trauma, or facing a life transition impacting their lives. I offer a warm, supportive, non-judgmental environment where we can work together to identify factors contributing to your feeling stuck. My approach to therapy is trauma and polyvagal-informed utilizing interventions from cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance, and commitment therapy, emotion-focused therapy, and mindfulness.
I also have experience with ERP. We will work together to develop an individualized plan that will utilize your strengths and work for you. I want to help you gain the tools you need to move forward, as well as to maintain the progress you have made after therapy ends. I am honored to be a part of the process as you start your healing journey.
