My role is to help you connect with that capacity and to support you in creating lasting changes that bring you greater ease and joy. What you can expect from therapy with me is that we will work together to understand what you want and the best way to get there. Having a therapeutic relationship helps you navigate the challenges you are facing in your life. My style is warm, open, direct, and collaborative balanced with a commitment to facilitate your growth.
I will support you in achieving well-being and balance. I believe in affirming the personal and cultural identities that are important to you. My professional interests include relationship concerns, identity development, family of origin and culture, trauma recovery, grief/loss, and wellness.
I am trained in EMDR and utilize various therapeutic modalities to work with a variety of clients providing individual sessions via teletherapy. I see clients virtually in both CA and FL. I am currently providing Monday, Wednesday, Friday appointments from 10-4pm PT. I am available for a brief phone consultation should you like to discuss working with me.
