Individuals come to therapy for many reasons. Some include feelings of anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief and loss, relationship issues, ones meaning or purpose, confusion of identity, addictions, or difficulty in one’s family of origin. Struggles such as these can become prolonged issues and fail to reach an agreeable resolve. I am here to listen, create a safe space of non-judgement, compassion, and creativity for you to better explore and understand your unique experience. I believe you are the expert of your own life and I am here to support you according to your individual needs.
I bring knowledge and experience working from a psychodynamic lens, focusing on unconscious thoughts, feelings, and beliefs that can inform behavior. I work relationally, understanding that our psychic structure is formed through relationship. I am somatically oriented, recognizing the mind body connection, and how this affects our whole selves.
I hold a Masters in Clinical Psychology, specializing in Spiritual and Depth Psychology and am currently working toward my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Depth and Jungian psychology and dreamwork. Psychotherapy can be translated to the tending of the soul. I appreciate that sharing this space with you is an honor and a privilege.
