About 1 out of 7 youth in the U.S. have a treatable mental health disorder. If you are a parent who is struggling to support your child or teen, it is not too late to reach out for help. Helping people heal from traumatic experiences and anxiety is my specialty. I can use three evidence-based practices CBT+ (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for children), Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Common Elements Treatment Approach (CBT for adults). I have training in Play Therapy techniques, Ego state therapy, and DBT skills.
