I aim to help clients reach their full potential by reconnecting with their inner self. I take an approach where my clients are the experts of their lives and I help them work towards goals that they want to achieve. I approach sessions utilizing various therapeutic techniques to serve each of my clients in a unique way that fits their needs. Such approaches include, Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Grief Therapy, and more.
