I have a personal and passionate connection to the world of therapy. My younger sister has a genetic disorder, Angelman Syndrome. This is what piqued my interest at a young age in understanding and appreciating humanity in its many forms. We come in all colors, shapes, sizes, and makeups, yet we all find ourselves trying to navigate life's curve balls. Therapy for myself and the community is acknowledging that we can all use some assistance throughout this journey called life.
I specialize in individual, family, and couples' therapy. Relationships can get difficult to navigate. Involving a therapist can be a means of guidance that helps foster communication we may have neglected. As long as clients are committed to the work and want change, we can achieve your goals together.
I value and appreciate the differences of intersectionality as it pertains to identity. I understand our identities can make it difficult to exist amongst society and its rules. As a team, we can begin trying to make sense of it all. I look forward to meeting with you!
