Adult Co-Ed DBT Skills Group
This co-ed adult skills group meets weekly in our Buckhead office, where you will learn valuable tools from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Our sessions cover all four modules of DBT: Distress Tolerance Skills, Emotion Regulation Skills, Interpersonal Effectiveness Skills, and Mindfulness Skills. You will learn practical tools to ground yourself in the present moment, find healthy ways to handle stress and worry, appropriately regulate emotions, and enhance your relationships. DBT skills can empower you to respond to life's challenges more effectively. The skills you learn will be applicable beyond the group setting, helping you achieve emotional, social, and physical well-being.
