My practice specializes in the treatment of trauma, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, interpersonal conflict, setting healthy boundaries, and relationship health.
I work with adolescents, individuals, and couples and utilize an integrative approach, combining a range of techniques. Those techniques include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Integrative Behavioral Couples Therapy (IBCT).
As an advocate for social justice who is passionate about dismantling systems of oppression, I offer culturally relevant therapy and coaching. I provide consultation and facilitate training on cultural sensitivity and the impact of racial trauma. I am committed to providing a safe space for exploration, healing, and growth with all of my clients.
