I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who works from a client centered lens with diverse populations experiencing challenges. I work with adults, couples, adolescents, and is particularly passionate about helping immigrant families work through familial conflicts. I am skilled in working with clients who experience anxiety disorders, depression, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, and substance use disorders. I provide a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their feelings, develop coping skills, and work towards their goals.
I use a variety of evidence-based interventions tailored to each client's unique needs and strengths. Specifically, I use techniques within Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness to help clients overcome their challenges and achieve greater emotional and psychological well-being.
