Young Adult Female Process Group (Ages 18-25)

This group is for women who are transitioning into young adult life. Each week, we process the anxiety and stress that comes along with moving away from home, college, employment, relationships etc.. We cover it all! Members who are currently in this group are typically struggling with social anxiety and/or depression.
