We have all struggled with something in our lives. With the stresses and demands of everyday life, therapy offers an opportunity to explore these challenges. I strive to create a non-judgmental, safe and supportive atmosphere to explore problematic feelings and thoughts. I approach each client with respect, integrity and individuality. I'm a psychodynamically trained therapist, helping you explore your emotions, thoughts, and experiences to gain insight into present day challenges you may be facing. Throughout our work we will recognize and explore ongoing patterns that may be hindering your life in some way.

Throughout my counseling career I have worked in a variety of settings. Most recently I have worked in private practice seeing individuals, couples and families. I have extensive experience working with individuals who struggle with anxiety disorders, mood disorders, grief, addiction, life transitions, parenting concerns and harmful tendencies.
