Common issues that I address in therapy are: anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, racial justice, spirituality, and self-esteem. I encourage clients to set their goals in therapy and work with them to make progress toward these goals. I strive to create an environment that fosters a positive therapeutic relationship with each client.
I am trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I believe the therapeutic relationship should be structured to benefit you as the client. As a result, I will use a combination of modalities to best fit your needs. Therapy takes a collaborative approach and invite your feedback and direction.
