I use a flexible approach to address the needs of the individual client. I utilize brief-solution focused therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy to challenge unhealthy thoughts and create healthier thinking, feelings, and behaviors. Play therapy is used with children who need help with emotional regulation skills.
Clients can expect an engaging session tailored to helping build useful coping skills to resolve challenging situations. My person-centered approach allows clients to be transparent and comfortable in an environment that focuses on holistic improvement. With over 10 years of experience, I treat children/adolescents, adults, and couples & families.
