Let’s face it, asking for help can be a scary process and is one that takes courage and bravery. For that reason, I am glad you are here! I am also here to tell you that you are not alone and healing is possible! My passion lies in helping people engage in deep and meaningful healing by becoming more connected to their inner selves, as they learn to process and regulate difficult emotions. I utilize a trauma-informed, wholeness model of therapy by focusing on calming both the mind and the body through the use of somatic, attachment, and IFS techniques.
I specialize in working with anxiety and trauma, as well as substance abuse. In addition, I specialize in working with the adolescent population, first responder and military populations, as well as their families. I am also Board Certified in Neurofeedback and use this with clients to help further process trauma and manage challenging emotions.
I believe my role as a therapist is to walk alongside you as you take steps to heal the burdens you have been carrying for way too long. I approach our work by focusing on forming a safe, non-judgmental, and connected therapeutic relationship.
