I’m an anti-diet, Health at Every Size aligned therapist who has 10 years of experience supporting individuals through the difficulties that life brings. My passion is supporting women in the journey to find peace and self-compassion in a life that offers too much chaos and noise.
I incorporate compassion, humor and realism into my work with clients, finding what works for each individual – there is no “one size fits all” when it comes to therapy.
