Unique animal-assisted psychotherapy for Adults & children ($140-245). Specializing in anxiety, ADHD, mild trauma & Autism through fun therapies. I use several techniques including equine-assisted therapy, yoga, somatic experiencing, hypnosis, art therapy, and dog-assisted therapy along with IFS parts work. I focus on holistic healing to promote a faster process. As a seasoned counselor since 2011 I am able to offer unique treatments tailored to the individual. I am dedicated to going above & beyond for my clients including attending school meetings and determining the best route of treatment for the client & family.
Jacqui treats anxiety, autism & sensory issues in children/young adults. Animals are effective when used in therapy which is why either a dog/horse will be in the session. Jacqui started out her career as a member of the board of directors for a therapeutic riding program for children with special needs in North Carolina. She went on to become a special needs para-educator for a specific autism program in which she helped design for public schools. She involves the parents regularly to ensure success.

Horse therapy teen group
Social skills and ways to manage anxiety for teens 14-20 (high schoolers only). Summer groups include the pool and run a bit longer. All groups include outings in the community.

Horse therapy tween group
Ages 9-13 anxiety, ADHD and social skills training group with the assistance of the horses. These typically run Sept-Nov and then January-May on Friday evenings. Summer sessions may vary and include the pool for sensory therapy.

Summer Teen & Tween Groups
Extended weekly sensory groups will be held in the summer to include swimming, horses and outdoor therapy to help clients progress through their anxiety and sensory deficits. Making therapy fun in a priority so most of these groups fill up by March/April. Groups include outings in the community every quarter.
