In 2014 I earned my master’s degree in Mental Health and Wellness Counseling from New York University. I also completed a two-year psychodynamic training program at the Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy where I learned the value of incorporating deep exploration of a client's history with everyday coping skills.
I work to establish a collaborative and creative partnership with you in order to help you achieve your personal goals. I believe in working towards creating self-acceptance and wholeness for my clients.
