One key to making conscious change is understanding the parts of us that drive our thoughts and behaviors. With curiosity, compassion, and caring, we will explore the different aspects of who you are. EMDR and somatic work can help regulate your body. Internal Family Systems offers a gentle way to heal these different parts of ourselves from within.
