I recognize that seeking therapy can be intimidating and that life can be difficult and unpredictable. I look forward to providing an environment in which clients feel at ease and I am ready to support them as they gain insight, learn new coping skills, and navigate the complexities of being human.
I strive to create a safe, comfortable, and collaborative space for clients to express themselves. I understand the importance of meeting clients where they are in order to best support them and understand each person’s unique experience. As such, my therapeutic approach is individualized and client-centered. I am also an EMDR trained therapist.
I work with children, adolescents, and adults and have have several areas of concentration including: grief, depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship concerns, women's issues, and self-esteem building.
