I work with adults, teens, couples, and families dealing with relationship issues, self-esteem, trauma, anxiety, ADHD, depression, disordered eating, amd women’s health/infertility. I specialize in mental strength and conditioning for athletes at all levels, helping them tackle mental blocks, build resilience, manage pressure, overcome mental barriers, and stay focused. As a former NCAA Division I athlete, I understand the mental challenges athletes face. I bring over 15 years of experience in teaching graduate-level Counselor Education to my practice, providing a strong foundation of knowledge and expertise to support my clients.

My approach is supportive, down-to-earth, and sprinkled with humor to help you reach your full potential. I am a Qualified supervisor for MFT and MHC interns in Florida. I offer virtual and in person, on the field/court/gym counseling sessions. On game day, I can help maintain focus, manage pressure, and stay mentally resilient, ensuring peak performance.
