I am dual licensed and provide therapy to New York and Colorado residents. In my 16 years of practice, I have found that no one story is alike and the path to our best self is as unique as the individual being supported. I provide therapeutic interventions at your pace and believe your story deserves a safe space where it can be shared.
I am an attachment based, EMDRIA certified therapist and I work within ego state and EMDR modalities. I believe in working to support and nourish adaptive coping strategies while gently challenging present patterns that no longer serve the individual. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist and personally identify within this community.
I am honored to be a therapist and to work along individuals on their healing journey. I believe those I work with feel believed, understood and supported. I hope that those who connect with me for their healing journey will be able to establish safety and ultimately attain a more connected sense of self through our time together.
