I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, along with an array of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, to treat anxiety, depression, stress related disorders, trauma related disorders, etc. I have worked in the domestic violence field for several years and specialize in trauma-informed care.
I realize how difficult it can be to identify/unearth underlying issues. However, there is no way around it but through it and that is what I offer with my therapeutic approach.
