Welcome to the first steps towards finding new ways to take charge of your wellness journey. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience in providing mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of settings: schools, virtual, private practice, and non-profit agencies. I feel adults and children can reach their full potential when relationships are established in a respectful, safe, therapeutic environment that is judgment free.
My approach to counseling is guided by person-centered counseling, while using a combination of different modalities. If you are struggling with your emotional well-being such as anxiety, depression, grief, loneliness, relationships, stress, and trauma . We can work collaboratively to find techniques that will best serve your mental health needs.
