My approach to counseling is rooted in compassion, respect, and the belief that every person has the ability for healing and growth. My goal will be to build a trusting relationship, rooted in empathy and understanding, that will guide you as you explore your own resolutions, find your strengths, and help to bring about the changes you seek.
I utilize a variety of modalities to therapy, depending on the individual, couple or family's needs. I am trained in EMDR, a highly successful treatment approach for trauma-related issues. I can help you move from a place of anxiousness and dysfunction to a state of confidence and contentment.
