At Lake Mary Counseling group practice our goal is to get you and your partner to a more peaceful place of healthy conversation, not walking away or ignoring each other’s bids for attention and resolve gridlocks sooner. Individually we help individuals heal their inner child that didn’t feel loved or cared for which for many now it’s still a need in a healthy relationship or to help you reach your goals with less stress and sadness. I specialize in helping couples hear each others needs to get a resolution faster. I hear your needs and translate to your partner in a way they say “Ah that makes sense”. We explore your love language so you are feeling loved, appreciated and heard. We explore intimacy needs and bids of connection. Im goal oriented to get you results when both are invested.
These are so stressful times for everyone and counseling helps reduce the anxiety or depression that probably has gotten worse after Covid. We strive in making long lasting changes as a couple or an individual wanting to work on reaching your goals or maybe just a caring listener.
