As a licensed mental health professional, breaking the stigma around mental health is something that I am truly passionate about personally and professionally.
I specialize in relationship stresses, adjustment issues, anxiety, depression, and other life struggles. I utilize several evidence-based treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness, Psychodynamic Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and more.
I am a strong advocate for self love, self empowerment and self care. I practice with a strengths-based and solution focused perspective. I offer a positive, realistic, and compassionate approach in helping my clients achieve their therapeutic goals.
