Hello there, I'm Jacqueline. I specialize in working with adults and adolescents living with chronic pain, anxiety, and depression. Your pain is real, and chronic pain is an epidemic that leaves patients frustrated with limited treatment options. The latest science in pain relief psychology shows that we can do better by significantly reducing or eliminating chronic pain through scientific mindbody modalities. This integrative approach also lends itself well to the treatment of anxiety, depression, and stress-related conditions.
I use a heart-centered and strength-based approach while integrating therapies that work directly with the mind, body, and nervous system to rewire the brain and restore regulation to the nervous system. Certifications are also held in pain reprocessing therapy, applied positive psychology, health coaching, yoga and other complementary therapies.
