I strive to help you take ownership and find strength when feeling powerless. I work with teens, college students, and adult women in areas of confidence, life transitions, and perinatal/women's issues. Loving who you are is not a linear process. I want to help you feel comfortable in your skin so you can navigate life feeling proud, confident, and worthy of meaningful connections.
There is absolutely no "one size fits all"! I love getting to know my clients on a level that allows us to work together in finding skills that will feel good to utilize in your life! Your days may feel overwhelming, challenging, quite complicated AND that doesn't mean you need to suffer through!
