I enjoy working with the adult population. I work with adults in any stages of their life. I work with different types of mental health issues and therapeutic modalities. I help many individuals embark in their therapeutic journey; I work with individuals who are dealing with issues that affect them physically, emotionally and mentally. I would like help clients determine why they are experiencing their life challenges, develop goals and actions to resolve their issues.
I bring compassion, and empathy to individuals. I have a strong interest in supporting adults. I have experience working with individuals on topics such as: separation and divorce, PTSD, anxiety, depression, peer relationships, anger management, self-esteem issues, stress management and other mental health issues.
I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Intergenerational, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) When working with clients. I have a special heart for helping people work out any life challenges and develop the skills needed to have more clarity in their lives.
