Providing home based therapy allows me to more easily connect to my clients. My passion is to work with children, adolescents and their families. Sometimes life stressors can have a negtive impact on our life. After completing a thorough assessment, together we will develop a treatment plan to address a child/adolescents individual concerns, or a families concerns. I believe that a significant part of therapy is to expose my clients to a variety of coping skills and practice them until they are used in their day to day life.
Many times I will be introduced to a client, and realize that there are several systems impacting the client. During those initial sessions, this will be addressed. It is part of my treatment to assist with navigating through these systems.
I provide home based therapy. Home based therapy allows for a quicker assessment and treatment of the individual and their families. In addition, I am easily accessible to my clients via text and email throughout the week. Therapy does not always end at the end of a weekly session.
