Hi, my name is Jacqueline and I am a trauma-informed AMFT specializing in attachment repair and grief. If you are frustrated with your relationships, whether single or in partnership, or dealing with the loss of a loved one, I am your person. I specialize in working with men and couples. I strongly believe in a fully comprehensive approach to healing for lasting change and am very passionate about the mind-body approach and more progressive techniques. I have received specialized training in EMDR, somatics, and grief. While newer to my skill set, I am also training in the highly effective DBT.
I use a combination of somatics, EMDR, mindfulness, and regulation techniques to help you grow. Additionally for couples and families, we often work with effective communication, as this can play a far bigger part in harmony than people realize.
I know change is absolutely possible and humor, lightness, compassion, and consistent commitment are all essential in the journey. I am passionate about efficiency; my goal is to have you meet your goals!
