Her clinical approach is centered around the belief that each person has the ability to live a successful and productive life if given the support and tools to do so. She uses a variety of evidence-based treatment models (i.e., CBT, DBT, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Prepare-Enrich, and solution-focused) to collaboratively design and implement effective treatment plans that empower clients to navigate and overcome struggles in their lives.
Jacqueline's approach combines professionalism with humanity, creating a safe space for both serious conversations and moments of laughter and lightness. She embraces humor and fun, alongside exploration and growth, as integral parts of the therapeutic process.
